SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsibilities include general laborer duties including but not limited to loading and unloading trucks, equipment operation, and sanitation and housekeeping.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warehouse sanitation including cleaning the dock, or room areas
- General warehouse housekeeping and sanitation including ice removal, sweeping cleanup of dock freezer and or parking area operating scrubbing machine, and aiding in the general organization of the warehouse
- Desalting, or slatting of product
- Loading and unloading of containers via hand, or forklift
- Pallet inventory control and organization
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without a Visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to effectively operate independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to read, comprehend and carry out simple instructions from oral instructions or written correspondence
- Must be able to work in a cold/hot environment

- Able to become forklift certified

Position Summary:
The Residential Aide is responsible for direct client care. This includes activities of daily living and providing support for safety, health, and wellness. This position also assists program staff. The ideal candidate will establish, develop, and maintain respectful relationships with the people served. The Residential Aide will participate in maintaining a safe, harm-free environment for all residents.
Working within Adult Services, the Residential Aide works with Community Justice program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients from incarceration back into the community.
