Full Job Description:
- Schedule: PRN, 9am-5pm
- Summary:
*An organized and internally motivated individual capable of managing multiple priorities, tasks, projects, and assignments. Assist with Director of Human Resources on various projects and development of specific employee programs, relationships and acts as a liaison between Senior Management and other staff members.
*Training – assist with monitoring training hours, training manuals, employee required trainings and competency trainings
*Payroll Input – assist with data input into payroll system with new hires, employee changes and any other pertinent updates
*New Hire Process and Orientation – assist with new hires with regard to initial paperwork, verifying credentials, signing job description, setting up computer accounts, phone line, keys, and safety trainings. Facilitates New Hire Orientation for all new staff, which includes CPR, organizational information, policies and procedures and translating the vision of Retreat to all new staff.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Work Location: One location
