We are seeking highly--productive apprentices to join our team! You will learn the basics of preparation work in residential painting and you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist skilled painters with the painting of exterior surfaces of residential and commercial properties.
  • Duties include using, supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment.
  • Apply protective coverings, such as masking tape, to articles or areas that could be damaged or stained by work processes.
  • Fill cracks or breaks in surfaces of plaster articles or areas with putty or epoxy compounds.
  • Need to be able to work extensively on ladders.
  • Also can include using sanding and buffing tools and equipment
  • Communicating with your Crew Leader
  • Maintaining high customer service standards with A's on Report Cards and positive testimonials
  • Attending weekly trainings
  • Maintaining a positive attitude

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in residential painting ****REQUIRED*****
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on your current task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service skills

Hours & Compensation

Monday-Saturday 7am-3:30pm (Jobsites throughout Connecticut)

  • $15/hour
