As a Customer Service Representative, the role will include working with customers that are eligible for services to provide them with reliable, affordable, and accessible wireless devices. Customer Service Representative Daily Responsibilities:
- Obtain knowledge of products and services offered by our clients so that any Customer Service Representative is prepared to answer questions or inquiries customers may have
- Present products and services to customers, demonstrating the advance technology systems
- When working with customers, demonstrate the ability to build professional relationships and process sales orders with our high tech devices keeping all information confidential
- Develop an understanding of target audience to better suit the customers needs and find the appropriate solution and service for them
- Stay up to date on all client trends, reporting them back to upper management to increase sales margins
- Follow all store compliance and keep working station up to satisfaction for when customers approach
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales position
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform job functions and responsibilities without supervision
- Passion for customer service or technology services is a plus

Pay: $3,400.00 - $4,450.00 per month
