Overview
We
are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our
chiropractic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of
contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer
support and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This role requires
strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a
friendly demeanor.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Perform calendar management by scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Provide administrative support, including proofreading documents and preparing correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with customer support tasks, addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to manage various software applications related to office operations.
- Type documents, reports, and other materials as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred, particularly in a chiropractic office setting.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software and medical billing is preferred.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all written communications.
- A friendly attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service is crucial for success in this role.
