Full job description

Our busy all new state of the art dealerships at Premier Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Business Development Center (BDC) professional to assist in customer service. This is a full-time position. The hours for this position are 9am to 7pm Monday through Saturday with one day off plus an early night, 5 day week. Qualified candidates will be organized, efficient, able to handle multiple projects, and be team oriented.
The main responsibility of this position is being the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking information on our new or preowned automobiles.

The qualified individual will have some BDC experience, a desire to learn and motivated to be successful. This is a position with a fast paced phone and email communication environment and candidate must be willing to work some weeknights and Saturdays.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering incoming calls
• Making follow up calls to our customers.
• Email and Text communication in professional manner
• Printing and distributing reports

Requirements:

• Computer Proficient: Comfortable with MS Office and Google programs
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Positive Attitude, team player
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
