Full Job Description:
Immediate opening for Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor at franchise hotel in New Haven, CT. Prefer in-person interviews within 24 hours of applying if you are contacted, and if hired, training will start on the same day as the interview!
- Candidate must have 5yrs of previous customer service experience.
- Duties include but are not limited to checking customers in and out, answering the phone, and accommodating guest requests to make guests' stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. The ideal candidate must be a people person with a zest for putting a smile on people's faces, mature and reliable. Ample opportunity for growth for reliable, responsible, and eager team members.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US, must be able to use a computer. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Payroll is processed bi-weekly by check or direct deposit.
- Previous Hospitality experience and bilingual not required but preferred.
