Full Job Description:

Growing HVAC/Plumbing & Appliance company seeking motivated and organized full-time Customer Service Representative. Must be excellent at multi-tasking and possess a positive attitude. Computer skills and phone experience required.

DUTIES:

• Answer inbound phone calls
• Make outbound phone calls as needed
• Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received
• Maintain customer database information
• Track technicians daily progress through GPS
• Enter Customer information quickly and accurately
• Track recommendations for service department and make follow-up calls
• Answer phones for all departments

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15 TO $18 an hour
