Our company is looking for seasoned Customer Service Reps that work well under pressure and think fast on their feet. We will provide you the tools and resources for the job, we expect you to follow through with excellent customer service to our customers and professionalism to our team. This is an extremely fast paced company with a strong telephone presence. As a service company, our calls typically are of anxious customers wanting fast and quick repairs. You will be trained to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions to our customers. TWO things that our company takes pride in, satisfying our customers and making our teammates happy.
We are an HVAC service, install, plumbing, electrical, Home Energy Solution company that is located in Milford, Connecticut and are increasing our customer service department. We are rapidly growing and are looking to ADD (not replace) strong people to join our team. Keep in mind, there is opportunity for job growth and we encourage you to reach for it.
