Membership
Service employees are friendly, people-centric and help members have
consistently exceptional workout experiences by greeting them and
addressing their needs with the utmost professionalism, kindness and
care. Specifically, the Member Service employee is responsible for
promoting and selling memberships, recovery smoothies, and services
while providing impeccable service to Members and Guests.
Responsibilities include checking in Members in a friendly and positive
manner, processing payments and collecting past due accounts, fulfilling
all check-in procedures, taking tours for Guests and other dues as
assigned.
What you’ll do as a Member Service Employee at Club 24:
- Opening and closing the club (if scheduled as an opener or closer) in a safe, efficient manner by following established opening/closing procedures.
- Check in each member using the proper check-in procedures
- Monitor check-ins to identify delinquent accounts and make all efforts to collect balances and update information. Notify Club Manager as needed.
- Register all guests into the gym using proper registration procedures
- Ensure that guests and appointments are directed to the manager in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Manage phone inquiries and assist them with their needs according to the company’s TI procedures.
- Respond to member requests, inquiries and concerns. Ensure they get addressed in and out effective, prompt and friendly manner.
- Promote and sell drinks, bars, supplements and merchandise
- Meet/ exceed daily and monthly Recovery shake goals
- Process all monetary transactions on the Point of Sale System according to POS procedures.
- Keep and maintain lost and found items according to company procedures.
- Assess and keep the front desk and surrounding areas clean and sanitized.
- Report all maintenance and cleaning concerns to Management
- Notify management of gym incidents that requires incident reports
- Work when scheduled and adhere to company advance policies
- Perform other dues as directed by management
What will make you successful:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (required)
- Understanding of basic cash procedures is required
- Basic computer skills are required
- Generate, maintain and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiast, and positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and determine priories
- Understanding of basic cash procedures
- Ability to handle challenging customer issues with peace, tact and professionalism
- Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethic
- Exhibit a superior sense of customer service at all times
