Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards, and adhering to safety protocols within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong understanding of precision measuring instruments, quality control processes, and the ability to read blueprints effectively.

Duties

• Operate and monitor machinery such as stamping presses and press brake machines to produce high-quality components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, to ensure products meet required standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with assembly line teams to facilitate smooth workflow and efficient production processes.
• Utilize CAM programming when necessary for machine setup and operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with press brake machines, stamping presses, and machining techniques.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers.
• Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
