Full Job Description: Head Start ERSEA Coordinator:
Provide direct oversight of the ERSEA component including providing training, guidance, and supervision to ERSEA Assistants.

Duties:
Provide direct oversight of the ERSEA component including providing training, guidance, and supervision to ERSEA Assistants.
Completes and provides performance reviews on ERSEA Assistants to the Family Support Services Manager
Maintain shared ERSEA calendar
Monitor and process online applications
Process phone calls from interested families
In collaboration works with Family Support Services Manager to plan and
participate in recruitment activities, develop and implement ERSEA
plans, policies and procedures
Schedule and conduct intake and enrollment appointments for ERSEA Assistants and self
Maintain family application folder, follow-up with families as needed to receive necessary documentation to complete application
Determine program eligibility and enroll children in accordance with
ERSEA Performance Standards and Regulations, and School Readiness
Regulations
Monitors work of ERSEA Assistants and keeps Family Support Services Manager informed
Provides monthly ERSEA status report to Director
Accurate monthly attendance and CACFP data entry; submit CACFP monthly report
Requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma with some schooling beyond high school required;
Associates Degree in Human Services or related field preferred
Experience working with families required
Experience scheduling and conducting intakes required
Bilingual (written and oral) English/Spanish preferred
Knowledge of Head Start ERSEA requirements and performance standards
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Head Start ERSEA Requirement: 1 year (Required)
Language: Spanish (Preferred)
