Barista/Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities of a Barista:

· Anticipate customer and store needs with a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.

· Deliver legendary customer service all patrons

· Provide a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility to the Starbucks store and name

· Maintain punctual time and attendance

Skills of a Barista:

· Ability to learn quickly

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to build relationships

· Ability to follow direction, ask questions, and give/receive constructive feedback
