We are looking for a team player in the Hospitality World you need to versatile.
We have a culture that its not 1 person, however all employees help each other to get through the day.
Responsibilities:
-Day to day cleaning of common areas.
-Being able to collect laundry and strip beds for the housekeeping department.
-Perform preventative and repair maintenance work to ensure hotel is maintained according to established quality and sustainability standards while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.
-Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs... (PM)
-Install or repair sheet rock and other wall coverings and wallpaper
-Paint designated areas and items
-Install and replace light bulbs
-Repair furniture
-Install, replace, and program televisions
-Perform minor plumbing functions
-Replace and repair heating and cooling pumps as well as preventative maintenance on HVAC units
-Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment
-Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction. Always want to have good scores at hotels.
-Work as a bell attendant in the event of staffing shortages or during peak check in/out periods.
***Know the Quore APP-We use this to make work orders and checklists for day to day operations.
-Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards
-Ensure overall guest satisfaction, if you pass a guest say hello and do you need any help.
-Perform other duties as requested by management
-Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends and alternate shifts
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
