The Maintenance Technician will utilize their hands-on knowledge of HVAC and other technical and mechanical areas and will be directly responsible for the following:
• Prepare vacant units
• Perform repairs/general maintenance
• Perform grounds maintenance
• Handle work order requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with snow removal
• Participate in after-hour, on-call duty rotation with other team members

Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, service-oriented individual with demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational matters efficiently and with accuracy in order to keep our property in top-notch condition. Requirements include:
• At least one year of maintenance experience in the apartment rental industry
• A solid knowledge of building systems -- HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, carpentry as well as drywall, painting, buffing and waxing
• HVAC certification
• Boiler repair experience
• Use of power tools
• Ability to self manage and prioritize
• Ability to problem solve
