Join us for a drive-through Career Fair at Colony Hardware!

Come meet with our Orange, CT distribution center team for on-site interviews

and receive an offer on the spot!

Benefits include:

• Starting base salary up to $16/hr depending on experience

(Experience includes work history, military service, forklift certification, and relevant OSHA certifications)

• Performance-based pay increases at 90 days, 6 months, and on your annual service anniversary thereafter
• A 10% shift differential added to base pay for all full-time second shift employees
• Overtime eligibility at time and a half (for hours worked over 40 hours per week)
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Company paid life insurance and short term disability
• 401(k) retirement plan
