Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments and scheduling
- Set appointments transfer calls
- Engage in warm calling techniques to establish rapport with customers
- Provide information about products or services to potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments scheduled
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively engage with potential clients over the phone
- Self-motivated
