Hamilton Connections is currently seeking candidates a Mechanical Assembly Technician for a manufacturing company in New Haven. The ideal candidate has some manufacturing experience coupled with steady, verifiable work history. For the right candidate this is a long-term job with the potential for temp to hire!

Details:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical elements
• Use measuring tools like micrometers, gages, other measuring equipment and hand tools
• Work from start to finish on pumps or controls
• Follow blueprints or manuals
• Pulling and testing parts

Required:

• Mechanical and/or assembly skills
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Repetitive crimping, standing, and bending
• Able to measure using a tape measure and ruler
• Problem solving skills

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday
• 1st shift
• 7:30am - 4pm w/ 30-minute lunch

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
