As a Housecleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in creating happier, more livable, and comfortable homes for our customers. This position offers independence, physical activity, and the opportunity to be appreciated and compensated for your exceptional work.

You will be working in customers' family homes in the greater New Haven area, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning kitchens and baths, mopping floors, making beds, straightening up their homes, etc. We do not do laundry. Low stress, "zen" job making our appreciative customers' home lives easier.

Full time availability 8:30am -4:30 pm. Full timers generally work 30-35 hours weekly. Part timers availability 8:30-2:30 . Part timers generally work 20-28 hours weekly.

SOME JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• You must have a working, insured, registered vehicle to get to customer homes.
• Work day starts at 8:30 a.m. (in client home)
• Must be available to work until 4/4:30 p.m. for full time
• Comfortable working both alone and as part of a team
• Physical job: must be able to lift up to 25 lbs as needed and be able to stand, bend, kneel, climb up and down stairs and perform cleaning duties. Must be able to see small things like corners, crumbs, streaks, etc. to detail clean
• Many customer households have furry pets - dogs and cats. You must be able to work in homes where there is dust and perhaps furry pets.

IMPORTANT CRITERIA

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must speak English
• Must be willing to submit to and pass a Criminal Background Check

Phone interviews 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
