Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records in compliance with GAAP and company policies. This role requires proficiency with various accounting software and a strong understanding of financial concepts, including double entry bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and payroll management. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and supporting overall financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process and record incoming payments accurately using accounting software
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure consistency between ledger entries and bank statements.
  • Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
  • Prepare journal entries related to receivables and assist with general ledger accounting activities.
  • Assist with month-end closing processes by reconciling accounts receivable balances and preparing reports for management review.
  • Support benefits administration

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks
  • Familiarity with payroll management systems
  • Excellent analysis skills
  • Experience with account reconciliation, double entry bookkeeping, and financial analysis
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to perform data entry efficiently
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our finance operations while working in a professional environment that values accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

1:1 TEACHER’S AIDE

REPORTS TO: Special Education Teacher

SUPERVISED/EVALUATED BY: Education and/or Operations Manager

Academic- Duties/Responsibilities:

· Assist with the implementation of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for the student.

· Assist the teacher in assigning work for each student and completing tutorials (1:1)

· Assist with preparation of homework, journals, grading of assignments, tests, quizzes, etc.

· Adhere to the implementation of the rotation model.

Behavioral- Duties/Responsibilities:

· Prepare necessary documentation to chart student’s behaviors of concern (ie: Incident Reports, High-Risk Evaluation Forms, Point Sheets, etc.).

· Implementing a school-wide PBIS system.

· Appropriately utilize therapeutic interventions (therapeutic holds, seclusion, BIP)

· Holding the student in the building accountable for behavior by following through with consequences

· Support the progress the student develops toward meeting social/emotional goals.

· Stay within arm’s reach of the assigned student at all times.

Classroom- Duties/Responsibilities:

· Assist in maintaining a clean and safe academic learning environment for the student.

· Collect student data at regular intervals.

· Keep the student’s portfolio updated, organized, and presentable, per policy expectations.

· Keep track of the student’s behavior modification earnings log.

· Record and track student’s attendance using attendance sheets.

· Support classroom behavior modification of all students as needed.

School-Duties/Responsibilities:

· Make sure the student is escorted to and from appropriate locations within the school in an orderly manner.

· Assist other staff with students when needed while delegating an accountable staff to provide supervision of assigned student

· Assist in making school presentable (ie: bulletin boards, restroom, general grounds).

· Communicate daily with certified staff regarding student support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,800.00 - $40,000.00 per year
