FT: 8am-4pm - M-F Washington, DC
The Concierge is responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service to all residents of this ultra-luxury community
- Greeting all residents and prospects as they enter the building
- Answering the telephone
- Receiving and forwarding maintenance requests; some problem solving
- Logging and dispensing packages to residents
- Keeping an accurate key control log
- Assisting residents with directions
- Securing transportation
- Securing theatre tickets
- Securing dinner reservations and providing recommendations on restaurants, etc.
- Familiarizing residents with local amenities and attractions
- Planning and coordinating events and activities
The successful Candidate will have:
- Knowledge of Facebook and Twitter
- High degree of professionalism
- Excellent customer service â€" any hotel concierge experience a plus
