JOB INFORMATION and REQUIREMENTS Working Supervisor – This position will be responsible for demonstrating action, urgency and excellence in safety, quality, production flow, and the execution of service level agreements (SLA’s) with both internal and external customers and suppliers. They will ensure designed training is properly utilized as well as be able to recognize and correct training deficiencies. They will have the ability to initiate and drive continuous process improvements. Additional assigned duties by management should be expected, so a great deal of flexibility will be required of all hires. Inbound Manager – This position will be responsible for overseeing inbound receiving, processing of merchandise and expediting merchandise flow to put away. Ensure timely accurate processing and put away of new receipts. Facilitate questions and resolve problems, prep merchandise not in compliance and vendor handling guidelines. Monitor and review expense/budget. Participate on Six Sigma projects as required. Manage, coach, develop and provide leadership for associates on a daily basis. Create and maintain a safe and friendly work environment. Any other responsibilities management deems essential.
