Job Description:

The concierge will help our property management and leasing team provide excellent customer service to tenants and maintain the smooth and secure day-to-day operations of our apartment buildings by taking responsibility in several keys areas.

Responsibilities

Circulate between apartment buildings to ensure that building entrances are securely locked and that common areas are in optimum condition at all times.

Perform detailed checks of amenity areas and resolve any issues or report them to property management team as needed.

Help ensure building rules and procedures are followed in regard to use of amenities and common areas; interface with tenants and property management staff as needed to help maintain an orderly and peaceful environment.

Assume a lead role in processing tenant packages through our electronic locker system and in maintaining the mail room and package room in an organized manner for quick, easy package retrieval by tenants.

Respond to client inquiries and requests for assistance in regard to packages, grocery deliveries, key-fob and decal issues in a timely and professional manner.

Meet, greet and assist tenants and visitors; provide tenants with building orientation and amenities area tours.

Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs including reserving elevators, preparing doors for entrance/exit, directing new tenants and moving company staff and ensuring building security while a move-in or move-out is happening.

Assume primary responsibility for programming of electronic key fobs, parking garage decals, maintaining mailbox keys, updating resident call box/intercom system, and assist tenants in resolving any issues that arise in these areas.

Maintain coffee/cappuccino bars so that they are fully stocked, neat, and ready for tenant use at all time.

Monitor parking areas to ensure vehicles with that only vehicles are in parking lots and contact outside towing company to have unauthorized vehicles tow.

Assist leasing and property management team with miscellaneous tasks such as assembling new tenant welcome packets, distributing supplies between buildings, assisting with resident events to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our buildings.

Able to communicate with tenants and staff in person as well as via email and text in a professional manner.

Able to lift packages up to 50 pounds

Willingness to learn new skills and pitch in wherever needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or matriculating towards high school diploma
Job Type: Full-time (Part-time hours will also be considered).

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
