PACKAGING ASSOCIATE

Get ready to fire up your career. Sally’s Apizza is growing! Sally’s Apizza is one of the famous cornerstone restaurants continuously operating since 1938. Known for their thin crust pizza made using the freshest ingredients baked in the original 80+-year-old coal-fired oven.

We're looking for someone to join our Packaging team and support our packaging efforts, covering both sourcing and development.

Ideal candidates must have a flexible schedule, a desire to learn and be ready to work in a fast- paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to meet tight deadlines and make decisions on the fly.
• Make sure all product is being shipped securely and in the most efficient way possible to ensure freshness and the best customer experience.
• Organize labels and invoices.
• Prepare pizza boxes, sealed boxes and delivery boxes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience with bulk packaging materials.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• A team first attitude.
• A proactive approach to business and the ability to see problems before they develop- and most importantly to fix them!
• Lift: Must be able to lift and/or carry a minimum of 60 pounds.
• Stand: Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Someone who LOVES pizza and understand its importance bringing people happiness and togetherness (even when apart).

SCHEDULE:

• Monday through Friday between 11 am to 6 pm.
