We are searching for a Office Clerk who will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Coordinate delivery of installation documents & drawings
• Ordering all equipment & materials for the project
• Coordinate delivery of equipment to the job site
• Assist in the scheduling of technicians
• Assist in the scheduling of sub-contractors for sub-contractor installed projects
• Coordinate delivery of close-out documents
• Coordination of permitting process
• Creation of purchase orders for subcontractors
• Verification of project schedules
• Receive, review and process weekly time sheets from field personnel

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project etc)
• Some verbal and written communication

Part Time Mail Clerk (new haven)
