The position of Coffee Attendantrequires the candidate to learn and understand all aspects regarding coffee preparations, counter service and sanitation. TheCoffee Attendantmust be aware of time demands necessary when preparing drinks for customers while adhering to ServSafe training. This personwill be required to work early mornings throughout a five day work week (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays, and be prepared for work at scheduled times.
Anticipated Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM (Must be flexible)
Essential Job Functions:
? Wash and sanitize all kitchen coffee equipment, pastry cases, refrigerators, counters and service utensils on a daily basis
? Maintain organization service ware and paper goods
? Assist in stocking/organizing received orders, taking FIFO into consideration
? Maintain sanitation during service and personal hygiene at all times
? Cleaning floors on a daily basis
? Keep track of caf inventory and report back to executive chef the necessary items to be ordered from vendors
? Removal of cafe garbage receptacles
