We are an authentic BBQ restaurant looking for a motivated, creative,
and disciplined line cook. Prior smoking/bbq/southern cooking experience
is a plus. Position requirements include:
Help chef prep for the week
Butchering, brining, prepping of protiens
Making all our sauces from scratch
Run the sauté, grill and salad station in chef's absence
Loading/Operating a Southern Pride Smoker
Looking for someone to give us 25-35 hours per week on the weekends.
