Robert W. Pereira founded The Middlesex Corporation (TMC) in 1972.
Through his vision, drive, and commitment to Safety, Quality and
Excellence the organization, now encompassing numerous
companies operating throughout New England and in Florida, has developed
into a leader in the heavy/civil and paving industries. In 2016, TMC
was ranked #243 in the ENR Top 400 list of contractors. We
are headquartered in Littleton, Massachusetts and have regional
offices in West Haven, CT and in Orlando, Florida.
We design, build and reconstruct highway, bridge, marine, rail, and transit facilities. We also provide midstream gas and electrical transmission/distribution construction services.
