Wireless Sales Representative
As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will be the vibrant face of our brand, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and expert guidance on our cutting-edge wireless products. What you’ll do
- Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate products through engaging product demos that showcase features and benefits.
- Utilize your strong communication skills to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Handle transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising and stocking practices.
- Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Supervise team members during shifts to ensure a collaborative and productive environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Basic qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Bilingual skills to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in supervising or leading a team.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing.
