Wholesale nursery in West Haven is seeking a hands-on yard manger to join our team. This position involves the following:
Receiving, storing and maintenance of plant material
Loading of customers including bulk material, plant material and bagged material.
Operation and maintenance of equipment used at our facility
Meeting the goals set forth by management
Requirements:
High School Graduate (Degree Preferred)
3+ Years of experience working for a Wholesale Nursery, Garden Center or Landscaping
Extensive knowledge of woody ornamentals, perennials and trees
Experience with managing labors
Wheel loader operation
Work outside in all kinds of weather
Ability to lift or carry 70lbs
Valid driver's license and good driving record (CDL -A Plus)
Good communications skills
Familiar using Quickbooks, Excel, and Word

Mobile Paint Touch-Up Technician
**Dealership Route Based Position**
Summary:
Service new and existing accounts/customers in the Nwe Haven CT area by repairing exterior paint chips and scratches using Dent Wizard's propriety repair process.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should have 1 year experience buffing wheels, excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to work independently. In addition a Valid Driver's License and good driving record are required. Candidates must provide excellent customer service and relationship building skills, and provide total customer satisfaction. Physical demands of the position include standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, squatting and climbing. Ability to lift 1-15 pounds (light hand tools, etc.). Candidates must possess manual dexterity, which includes repetitive motion tasks.
Aptitudes and interests:
Must use independent judgment in planning work and in selecting the proper method for the repair, use fingers and hands rapidly and skillfully, manipulate tools and equipment accurately and distinguish colors for accurate color matching. Must be willing to assume responsibility for producing high quality repairs and be tactful in dealing with customers.
