Dispatch Vehicles Utilizing an Automated Computer Dispatch System
Review Documentation for Quality Control
Supervision of Call Center Customer Service Representatives
Responsible for Daily Reporting
Required Job Skills Qualifications:
Ability to Identify and Solve Problems
Strong Organizational Skills in a Multi-Tasking Environment
Strong Customer Service and Phone Skills
Strong Computer Skills
Transportation Experience a Plus Including Dispatching and Routing Assignments
Mature, Responsible Individual with Supervisory Capabilities
Bilingual a Plus

Do you enjoy the quick-paced atmosphere of the hotel industry? Are you a cheery individual and efficient team player?
We are currently looking for a Guest Services Representative at the Holiday Inn Express in Branford. Duties include: answering phones, making reservations, guest check-in/check-out, cash handling, and offering superb service to our guests. Hotel experience preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right individual with a keen eye for excellent quality guest service. The hours for this position vary, however, weekends are required.
