Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the North Haven, CT area.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize inquiries, opportunities and concerns simultaneously
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product, service, support and suggest alternatives when appropriate
- Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email and more
- Pay: $20/hour - $25/hour
- Position Type: Temp-To-Hire
- 2-5 years' experience in Customer Service
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Strong phone experience a plus (in-bound/outbound)
