CSR - Customer Service Rep-Ultimate Staffing Services-North Haven

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the North Haven, CT area.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize inquiries, opportunities and concerns simultaneously
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding product, service, support and suggest alternatives when appropriate
  • Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email and more
Job Details/Requirements:
  • Pay: $20/hour - $25/hour
  • Position Type: Temp-To-Hire
  • 2-5 years' experience in Customer Service
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Strong phone experience a plus (in-bound/outbound)
