Full Job Description:
ACES is looking for a part-time Job Coach/Driver (s) to work with adults with special needs in North Haven, CT.
The
Job Coach in this position will provide support to ACES ACCESS Designs
by ACCESS including product development, training staff and clients, and
offering support in the development of the business. Additionally,
support ACES ACCESS clients in the Day Support program.
BA in human
services or equivalent experience preferred. Individuals must be
creative, self-starters and have the ability to work within a team. Two
years or more experience working with adults with disabilities. Requires
public service license. Medical certification preferred.
