**Job Overview** We are seeking a professional and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our hotel maintains its high standards of excellence in customer satisfaction. **Duties** - Greet guests upon arrival and bid them farewell upon departure, providing a warm and welcoming experience throughout their stay. - Handle guest inquiries and requests, including answering phone calls and responding to emails. - Utilize hotel systems and technology to manage guest information, make reservations, and perform night audits. - Offer helpful recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services, showcasing your knowledge of the area. - Provide personalized attention to each guest, catering to their individual needs and preferences. - Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk, maintaining a clean and organized environment. - Develop strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs and expectations. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date on the latest hospitality management techniques and practices. **Qualifications** - Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting. - Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and memorable experience for guests. - Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, as well as the ability to communicate with guests of diverse backgrounds. - Experience with phone systems and technology, including hotel software and computer applications. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred. - Certification in hospitality or a related field is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.69 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
