Assisted Living Environmental Service Associate
Chatham Place at Mary Wade is hiring for the following shift:
Full-Time: 40 hours per week (including every other weekend): 6:30am to 2:30pm
Full-Time: 40 hours per week (including every other weekend): 11:00pm to 7:00am
Part-Time: 24 hours per week (including every other weekend): 6:30am to 2:30pm
Hourly Rate: $14.00

The community includes 84 units, a combination of one bedroom and studio apartments. 20 units are Memory Care and the rest are traditional Assisted Living. We have a bistro, a salon/spa, a fitness center and a rooftop terrace!

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, trash removal) duties in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Prepares vacant rooms for next occupant.
- Responsible to fill-in Laundry Dept. as needed.
- Performs duties to ensure the cleanliness of offices, public areas, restrooms, stairwells, elevators and corridors and resident rooms.
- Receives all incoming freight orders and delivers orders to appropriate storage areas.
- Assists in seasonal cleaning projects.
- Must work a flexible schedule and weekends
- Attends to any reasonable request from the Director of Maintenance
