Chocolate Confectionery Associate (FT/PT) - Chip in a Bottle (Woodbridge)

 

Full Job Description:

Be part of a new a growing chocolate company. At Chip in a Bottle we make the best confections around. Including award winning truffles, French macarons, gelato, and chocolate from scratch. We are looking to build a team to continue our growth.

A confectionery associate who will work in the production of our products. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Truffles
• Macarons
• Gelato
• Bark
• Cookies
• Cakes
• Cheesecake
• Fruit Arrangements

Other daily job responsibilities include customer service, daily store maintenance, and social media activity.

• Delivery of products with a delivery vehicle
• Prepare all required items on a timely basis after training

• Be able to maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Be able to demonstrate a complete understanding of all menu items
• Be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and employees
• Be able to carry out other tasks within your level of skill
• Holiday hours are a must (ex. Christmas eve, Thanksgiving eve, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day)

Ideal candidates will be one who has:

• Significant attention to detail
• 2+ years of baking experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• An autonomous approach to work
• Detailed description of previous work including pictures
• Decorating skills
• Computer knowledge including Square POS, social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
