Full Job Description:
- Able to read and follow recipes, hand roll truffles and enrobe items in chocolate.
- Able to help with all kitchen chores including prep work, dishes, sweeping, mopping, and labeling and assembling chocolate packaging.
- Mentally prioritizes tasks to make the best use of time. Efficient in multitasking and time management to achieve tasks on time. Able to maintain good work habits unsupervised.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards that comply with state and local food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Handling and storing food safely and properly including rotation of goods.
- Able to take inventory of both ingredients and paper goods and alert management to needed items.
- Ability to work on weekends occasionally, able to stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
