Bender: Parts Counter Sales:

Experienced Counter Sales Associates needed to provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person. Positions available in multiple locations: Norwalk, Bridgeport, New Haven, Hartford, Waterbury!

Are you fast, but detailed? Do you like variety in your day? You will assist customers on the phone and in person at the counter, taking orders, filling orders, and processing payments.

What you'll be doing....

• Assisting customers who purchase/pickup product
• Provide customers with product information, specifications, and pricing
• Fill Orders
• Process Payments
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of self-pick/counter areas
• NO COLD CALLING

Required Experience:

• Counter customer experience
• A passion for customer service
• Accurate and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Please note, providing proof of COVID vaccination is required prior to being interviewed.
• Candidates who do not have a COVID vaccination will be unable to interview.
• A COVID vaccination is a condition of hire at BENDER.

Preferred Experience:

• Wholesale/distribution counter experience
• Plumbing/HVAC experience a plus, but we will train the right person!
