Production Line Operators (Temp) - Staffmark (West Haven)

 

Full Job Description:

Production Line Operators

A local leading global supplier is in search of Production Line Operators for all (3) shifts.

1st Shift - 6:30am to 3:00pm

2nd Shift - 3:30pm to 12:00am

3rd Shift - 10:00pm to 6:30am

Pay Range: $14.00 to $18.00 an hour based on experience

Production Line Operators Responsibilities Will Consist Of:
  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)
  • Read and understand Lot Control documentation
  • Operate production line machinery and computers
  • Perform equipment change-over’s
  • Responsible for quality of product in specified assembly lines
  • Make adjustments as necessary to produce product within specifications
  • Work and communicate well in a team environment
  • Reject product outside of specifications
  • Flexibility to learn and perform various tasks
  • Communicate with operators on their shifts and other shifts
  • Clean and maintain work area
  • Provide on-the-job training to new employees
  • Meet minimum productivity requirement
