*Requirements:

  • Helps cook in the serving of meal and salad preparation.
  • Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes and utensils.
  • Sets up pot and dish washing areas.
  • Empties trash containers as required.
  • Checks invoices to ensure all items are received and in good quality.
  • Replenishes stock supplies with new inventory using the “FIFO” method.
  • Organizes shelving and food storage areas.
  • Sweeps and mops all food storage areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
  • Breaks down all empty boxes and disposes them into the proper receptacle.
  • Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and department dress code.
  • Follows proper food handling techniques and adheres to safety procedures and policies

-EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school education; or up to three months related experience or training; equivalent
combination of education and experience
 

-Condition of Employment:
Candidate must successfully complete Pre-Employment Medical Clearance consisting of a Physical, PPD, Drug Test.
 

-EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 13B:
Requires all employees are to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, (ii) has received the two-dose series vaccination and the booster/third dose and/or has an appointment for the booster or third dose.
