Full Job Description:
Expressions is the leading retailer in New England of Athletic Footwear and Fashion Apparel. We are currently looking for candidates to hire for our Management Training Program. Some of the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following: ensuring your store is giving great customer service, training of staff, supporting the Store Manager operationally, visual merchandising, store upkeep, ensuring your staff is in compliance with all company policies, coaching of your staff, stock room organization, point of sale procedures, opening and closing procedures, making the nightly deposit, communicating daily with your District Manager and overall creating a positive working environment. Having prior experience is a supervisor role withing the apparel of footwear industry is required.
COVID-19 considerations:
We
clean and disinfect hourly. We also do employee temp checks along with
screening questions daily. All employees and guests are required to wear
a mask.
Work Location: One location
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
