Individual will be responsible for Managing and Operating the on-site Coffee Shop
- Works with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to plan weekly specials & food service
- Abides by all sanitation and food safety requirements
- Exhibits and executes excellent levels of customer services to all guests, patients, and hospital employees
- Communicates directly with management daily
- Works independently to ensure coffee shop operations are executed and well maintained
- Follows all protocols for a "we proudly serve" Starbucks location
- Communicates directly with office manager to ensure marketing is appropriately in place
- Communicates directly with executive chef and sous chef in regards to product needs completed inventory weekly and monthly
