Responsibilities
- Provide direction, supervision and guidance to assembly team, reports to the department lead.
- Track and manage schedule for assembly department, including due dates and work load.
- Create assembly manual for standard machines.
- Train a team of new employees and apprentice(s) in the assembly department
- Create and follow SOPs, policies, and ISO/QSR inventory requirement.
- Assist in updating SOPs as necessary.
- Ensure documents quality in case of technical adaptions and communicates to the headquarter.
- Manage assembly inventory levels.
- Communicate technical details of production schedule to other departments, for instance production.
- Develop business continuity/resilience plan and methodically eliminate high risk single points of
- Actively participate in department activities and confirm compliance with controlled procedures.
- Create a weekly assembly report to include all resource issues such as personnel, material, and
