Mobile Detail Technician

Then you are definitely a great fit! We are looking for a detail superstar to join our team in the metro area, and we would love for you to be part of the team!
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate must have the following qualities:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to stand, bend, lift, and reach in various positions
- The ability to interpret and follow instructions/check-lists
- An active and valid state-issued driver’s license
- A reliable vehicle to travel to/from each assignment
The best candidates also have:
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to work independently and with little oversight
- Experience and confidence using a smart phone
- Great time-management skills
- A willingness to learn new skills
- A flexible schedule for accepting last-minute opportunities
Disqualifiers:
- Must not have criminal history of violence or theft
- Use of narcotics that prohibit vehicle operation
- Any dishonesty, fraud, or forgery
Compensation:
Our Mobile Detail Technician compensation is second to none! Using a complex calculation for materials, type of work, average time for completion, and marketing we exceed the industry standard for pay by almost twice as much! Since each job is calculated differently, here’s what a detailer can expect for a week’s earnings at two (basic) three-hour jobs a day:
- Base: ~$500-$1000/wk
- Tips: ~$300-$500/wk
- Gas: ~$100-$200/wk
Total: ~ $900-$1700 for only about 30-40 hours of work a week!
Schedule:
Our Mobile Detail Technicians have a wide variety of schedules available:
- 5 days a week, usually (M-F); (Tu-Sa); (Su-Th)
- 8-10 hours daily

At All American Mobile Detailing, we want to make your transition into a Mobile Detail Technician as smooth as possible. We will:
- provide all necessary equipment to get started and be successful
- deliver specialized training on the wide range of services we provide
- manage all the marketing and booking to ensure you start earning money quickly
We at All American Mobile Detailing understand that not everyone starting out in the industry has all the experience and equipment they need. We are dedicated to providing all of the tools and training you need to get started and be successful – from buffers to wax, if you need it, we have you covered from day one at no cost.
