Engaging Customers: Engage customers proactively and assist them in finding the perfect AT&T and Apple products to suit their needs. Build strong relationships with customers through friendly and informative interactions.
Sign Ups: Drive customer sign-ups for AT&T services and products. Explain the benefits of ATT plans and services, helping customers choose the best options for their communication needs.
Making Sales: Achieve sales targets by showcasing the value of AT&T and Apple products and services. Utilize your product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of each offering.
Brand Knowledge: As a Technology Retail Associate, you must have in-depth knowledge of ATT and Apple products and services. Stay up-to-date with the latest product releases and technology trends to provide accurate information to customers.
