Full Job Description:
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join the Pokemoto Team. We believe in success at Pokemoto, we want winners on our team. Pokemoto is the premier Hawaiian Poke restaurant in Connecticut. It's a an exciting time to be on the Pokemoto team. We are expanding tremendously. There is currently a lot of growth within the company.
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join the Pokemoto team. We are a fast casual restaurant with an assembly line setup. We are a busy restaurant. All team members are required to multi task in a fast paced environment. All team members must be able to maintain a calm demeanor and provide excellent customer service during periods of high volume.
Team members must:
-Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
-Show passion about getting things done right
-Meet safety and sanitation standards
-Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
-Work well in a team environment
-No experience is required as long you work hard and are trainable.
There is a lot of potential for growth for people that work hard at Pokemoto. A lot of our leadership get promoted from within the company.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
