Description:
MUST HAVES:
1) Call Center
2) Inbound Calls
3) Microsoft Excel
Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls in regards to the sale of products or services for major manufacturers/retailers. -May also support incoming claims requests in regards to services.
- In addition, may be asked to perform offline tasks related to sales and claims processing.
- Accurately document information within multiple database systems
- Collect and process daily mail, recording and processing payments accurately
- Answer phone calls with other agents and customers
- Candidates must be able to follow up with clients to provide update regardless if an issue has been resolved or not.
- No sales required in this role, upselling encouraged
- Call center customer service is strongly preferred (2-4 years)
- Would be open to a candidate with less call center, and general customer service if they have a strong aptitude to work here (but need 1 year at least)
