Visiting Angels is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity to enter the field of Human Resources and Recruitment.

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for recruitment of per-diem caregivers and CNA's for a growing homecare agency.

Essential Functions:

• Execute a caregiver recruitment strategy that meets or exceeds monthly hiring goals.
• Conduct a high volume of interviews over the phone, via video, and in-person.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and provide a positive experience for all candidates.
• Conduct background checks and employment verification for qualified candidates.

• Run weekly new hire orientations.
• Collect all new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of three years of customer service or office experience.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced rapidly growing company
• Ability to handle a high call volume and multitask

• Strong computer skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
