Full Job Description
Our founder, Truett Cathy, once said: "Food is Essential to life, therefore make it good." Chick-fil-A has a reputation for high-quality food. From our signature sandwiches to our simple sides, we want to serve our guests the best food each time they dine with us. We call our kitchen the “Heart of the House” because it is the heartbeat of our restaurant. Without our kitchen team members focusing on cooking and serving fresh, crave-able food, we wouldn't be able to delight our guests. Would you like to be a part of this energetic, fast-paced team?
At Chick-fil-A, our Operators consider their team members to be more than just employees; they are a highly valued part of each Chick-fil-A restaurant. Ideal candidates will have kitchen experience or relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment. They will also have an upbeat, positive attitude and be interested in professional and personal growth!
Our team members can expect:
Competitive Pay: We pay competitively, including a higher hourly wage for full-time team members.
Leadership Development Opportunities: Our leaders are invested in seeing you grow and develop, regardless of whether you come onboard as a leader or a team member. We offer a “Pathway to Leadership” program for internal advancement as well as corporate opportunities such as participating in grand openings of other Chick-fil-A restaurants around the country.
College Scholarships: At Chick-fil-A, we believe everyone deserves an education. We offer college scholarships to those who qualify.
Tuition Reimbursement: We value those who balance school and work and provide tuition reimbursement for qualified team members.
Flexible Hours: You have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will work together to balance work and life.
Closed on Sundays: All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
