Full Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

· Adhere to all SQF Food Safety Regulations, OSHA laws, FDA and other regulatory requirements in the food service industry.

· Receive raw ingredients and materials.

o Inspect goods to ensure products have been handled properly during transport.

o Properly document receipt of wholesale ingredients with regard to tracking lot numbers.

o Rotate stock and store in appropriate locations.

· Proper maintenance of storage areas.

o Keep stock organized and storage areas neat and clean.

o Assist management in performing periodic inventories.

· Ship wholesale product, keeping food safe with proper handling and temperature control.

· Maintain organization receiving and warehouse areas.

· Perform assigned maintenance tasks documented on the Cleaning Schedules.

· Use proper documentation and procedures to insure food safety and quality.

· Assist management efforts to keep a food safe environment.

Requirements

· Ability to lift 80 pounds, stack/unstack or carry, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods of time (except for break and lunch periods), climb, perform repetitive motions, and work in a dusty, loud, and hot environment. / Habilidad para cargar 25 kg, estar parado por 8-12 horas, trabajar bajo presion, trabajar en una panaderia que tiene polvo y ruido de las maquinas.

Ability to operate a forklift, ride on pallet jack
